But Professor Usloanium accidently added an extra ingredient to the concoction: Cynical X! As the creator and caretaker of the girls, this guy's job is mainly to sit back while the girls duke it out, intervening occasionally when he has something insightful to say, which isn't all that often.
This is the lovely Miss Sara Helen, the Mayor's personal secretary. Because of the cluelessness of the Mayor, Miss Helen is left to run the town all by herself most of the time...which is exactly the way she prefers things to be.
