Josh paints a picture of a football player in response to an assignment from O'Neill to create a painting from his child within. He insists that football players are winners. DeMartino sets him straight on this point, explaining in his typical harsh and direct manner that in his experience football players are slackers and morons. So forceful is DeMartino's assault that Josh runs away in tears. This is applauded by the other campers, who claim that Josh is the worst bully in the camp.
