Veteran's Day is apparently the school bully at Holiday High. He dresses in military fatigues and takes his orders from Washington's Birthday and Lincoln's Birthday. They tell him to "Take care of" Arbor Day, and he presumably hauls the poor guy off and does something brutal to him.
