Mr. Gross is the second person to "enjoy" being read to by Daria at the BDRH. Apparently news travels fast, as he is already well aware of her taste in literature and deadpan delivery, and insists that Brittany read to him instead. He goes so far as to unplug his respirator to avoid having to hear Daria's voice anymore.
