Dressed in a silly, puffy shirt and tights with a ridiculous floppy hat, this guy reacts badly to Jake's suggestion that he's wearing "cool threads". Actually, he has a fairly bad attitude toward everyone.

He also hands out turkey legs to the audience at the dinner theater, and throws one at Jake's head after the play goes awry and Jake yells at the audience for laughing. Jake returns fire and starts a food fight.
