Three-year-old Ramona is the daughter of Doug and Susan, friends of the Morgendorffers. Quinn thought Ramona was adorable until she wiped her nose on Quinn's jeans.

Susan and Doug have started early in preparing Ramona for college, thus prompting the Morgendorffers to enroll Quinn and Daria in a college prep course.

Ramona and her parents are seen having dinner at Phineas T. Firefly, a family restaurant where Tom and Daria go in "Life in the Past Lane".  It's a credit to the show's continuity that Ramona looks to be about five or six, as she would have aged two years between season one and season five.
