The bartender encounters Daria and Quinn during their trip to bail Mystik Spiral out of jail. He proves less than helpful as the girls try to track down a hitchhiker named Travis who "borrowed" the money they need to bail out the band. Part of this is due to Daria's less than complete description: a rugged-looking cowboy, which happens to describe pretty much everyone in the bar.
