Michael hires Quinn as a hostess and introduces her to Lindy, another hostess/server. Later, he discovers a cup with alcohol in it at the hostess station, and pulls both Quinn and Lindy into his office for questioning. The cup turns out to be Lindy's, and he fires her over the incident.
