Rex was to be Quinn's date for casino night on the Princess Fairy (she wait-listed Brent in case something happened to Rex). According to Quinn, Rex was the most popular boy in school for that week.

Quinn doesn't end up going with Rex, having scored a date with Marco instead. It is unknown who Rex does go with, or whether he goes at all.
