Mrs. Ruttheimer has not exactly appeared on the show. In the episode "Legends of the Mall" a character in one of the urban legends is based on Upchuck, and his mother is also featured in the scene. There is no reason to believe that Mrs. Ruttheimer doesn't resemble this woman.

Although there is no knowing what Mrs. Ruttheimer is really like, the woman in the story is upset at her son's grades, which are actually the result of the spirit of a dead girl messing up his homework.
