Chiquito belongs to Penny Lane. She describes him as possessive, and indeed he does react rather badly to Wind when they are first introduced. He further ingratiates himself to the Lane family by flying off with one of Vincent's photographs which took him five hours to print.

Chiquito takes enough of a liking to Trent to perch on his head.
