Quinn claims that there is a girl who looks like Stacy (except when she turns around), and that since Stacy herself would never willingly walk through the halls with Upchuck, it must be the girl who looks like her (except it really was Stacy after all). There is also a girl who looks like the girl who looks like Stacy.

It is unknown whether there is yet a fourth girl who looks like the girl who looks like the girl who looks like Stacy.
